I fit into my size 3 super skinny jeans!!! I took progress pictures and I’m seeing SO much progress. I’m so proud of myself. I mean, I look good!
Plus I finished the year off with a 3.25 which is amazing for me!!
I will take appropriate progress pictures when I get the chance and post them, the other ones are in my undies and I don’t feel comfortable posting those.

Finally.

There really isnt. It doesn’t make you strong. It doesn’t mean you have control over yourself. It does not mean you have great will-power. It just means you’re good at confusing the fuck out of your stomach and disruptibg the way your body is meant to work.

This is a great visual of fat and muscle!
Notice how although both are the same weight, the muscle is much smaller? That’s because muscle is denser than fat. Muscle is also metabolically active tissue.
Metabolic rate is determined by the amount of fat-free mass in your body. Fat-free Mass (FFM) is made up of internal organs, muscle, and bone. So basically, the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolic rate will be. That’s one of the reasons why weight training is very important to overall fat-reduction. A higher metabolic rate = more calories burned, which makes it easier to lose body fat! (That’s a simplified explanation, but you get the idea!). =)

This is so important, ladies. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! It is easier (and healthier) to lose weight by gaining muscle and actually eating!!!
